PROS: Once set up it is simple to use and provides ability to monitor PDU, control them, and pull power reports.
CONS: Could use more features for reporting in future versions.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Worked with [Sunbird Support] with an issue in PowerIQ reporting where she was able to create a custom report to pull the correct power information we needed. She did this very quickly. If I could use one word for her it would be "Awesome"

COMMENTS: dcTrack helped us to design our datacenter long before building it. It helped to define the rules of the public tendership. Now that the DC is built, we added PowerIQ in order to collect data from the PDUs and the sensors. PowerIQ is very powerful in managing data from the PDUs.
PROS: Visualisation is very important for us, and the move by drag-and-drop was very useful.
CONS: Complexity of working with import Excel file to execute some specific tasks (ex: create ports on patch panels)
